Understanding the Problem

Following the legalization of cannabis in Canada, the number of recreational users has seen a significant rise. While there are numerous sellers who offer their products through physical stores, only a few websites provide delivery services.

Cannabis Canada offers a mail-order delivery service. By offering an efficient online ordering process that complies with legal requirements, Cannabis Canada provides a convenient and safe option for those looking to purchase cannabis products.

  • Conduct usability testing on prototype with users to identify potential changes, enhancements and intuitiveness of the website.

  • Come up with a matrix of the test results to justify the usability of the design.

  • To iterate and continue building this website and similar ones through learnings from this project.
